Return Policies

We do not ship on approval. We are willing to give extensive phone descriptions so that you know exactly what you are getting, and you get exactly what you want. When you receive your purchase, it will be as we described it, or your full purchase price cheerfully refunded. If your purchase differs substantially from our description, just contact us within three days of receiving the item for a return authorization. Anything shipped to us that does not bear a return authorization number provided by us will not be accepted by our receiving department. No new merchandise will ever be accepted back if it has missing or damaged original packaging or if the item is in any way damaged. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of pmblues.com.

WE ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY.....PLEASE CALL AHEAD BEFORE YOU DRIVE HERE---------From Massachusetts--Route 95 South to Exit 29---(it's the second exit in Rhode Island) Go up the ramp to the stop sign. Take a right. Go to the end of the street. Take a right on Exchange Street. We are just before the third set of traffic lights on the right .....................................................................From Rhode Island and Connecticut and NYC--Route 95 North to Rhode Island Exit 29 (It's the next to last exit in Rhode Island). The ramp splits. You take the left split(Broadway Rt.1) At the stop sign at the top of the ramp take a sharp left onto Broadway Rt. 1 south. At the first set of traffic lights take a right onto Exchange Street. We are just before the third set of traffic lights on the right.
